How to cancel a mentorship request?

Cancelling an unwanted request helps keeping our system reliable. This way mentors can be sure that if a request is open, it's actually needed. This is why we thank you for cancelling unwanted requests.

Here are some reasons you might want to cancel a request

• You just not need a mentor anymore
• You already found a mentor
• The mentor is not actually a good match for you
• You reached the limit of open requests

1. Go to your requests page.
2. Click on the relevant request - the "Cancel" button appears at the bottom of the box
3. Click the "Cancel" button 
4. Choose the reason you want to cancel the request
5. Click "Cancel"
